Revocation form<\/h1>\n

1. General<\/h2>\n

Continuing provisions apply only in the case of consumer business<\/strong> and where the FAGG therefore applies.<\/p>\n

2. Declaration of revocation<\/h2>\n

(1) Right to revocation<\/p>\n

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving reasons.<\/p>\n

The revocation period is fourteen days from the date<\/p>\n

(in the case of a purchase agreement): \u201con which you or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier receive(s) the goods\u201d;<\/p>\n

You can use the sample revocation form for this purpose; this is not mandatory, however.<\/p>\n

The deadline for revocation is deemed met as long as your notice to me on your decision to exercise your right to revocation is sent before expiry of the revocation period.<\/p>\n

2) Consequences of revocation<\/p>\n

If you revoke this contract, I must return to you all payments that I have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs that were incurred because you chose a type of delivery that differed from the cheapest standard delivery method offered by me), immediately and at the latest within 14 days of the date on which I receive your notice of the revocation of the contract. I use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement in any case.<\/p>\n

(3) Return of goods<\/p>\n

You are required to return to me any goods received, immediately and in every case within 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your revocation of this contract. The deadline is deemed met when you send out the goods before the expiry of the 14-day returns period. In accordance with Section 15 paragraph 2 FAGG, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/p>\n

I am entitled to refuse reimbursement until I have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, depending on which is the earlier date.<\/p>\n
